Choose from inner trust,
not from threat.
An educational, personal-growth workshop — not a substitute for therapy
Threat can come from outside or from within — from fear, from shame, from the need for approval. Inner trust is what makes the call.
Most of us aren't short on inner truth. What's hard is telling it apart from fear, expectations, and habit. This workshop offers a map, a protocol, and practice: noticing when you're acting from threat, creating some space, and choosing from what you value.

From the Tree of Knowledge · through the door · to the Tree of Life
You know what matters to you — so why do you keep falling into the same pattern?
The gap between what we want and what we do isn't a lack of motivation. Often it's an automatic survival mode: a decision-making system that has organized itself around perceived threat, the need to protect ourselves, and dependence on outside approval.
The gap isn't a failure; it's a by-product of survival. The journey starts with seeing it.
- A recurring gap between “what I want” and “what I actually do.”
- Automatic reactions under pressure — people-pleasing, avoiding, attacking, controlling, procrastinating.
- Leaning too hard on other people's approval: waiting for a reaction before you can feel OK about a decision.
- You've read the books and you get it — yet in the moment that counts, your mind “protects” instead of choosing.
Survival mode · The Tree of Knowledge
- The guiding question: “How do I avoid getting hurt?”
- A divided mind — fear, comparison, outside approval
- Automatic reaction, with no space in between
Secure mode · The Tree of Life
- The guiding question: “What really matters to me?”
- A connected mind — clarifying, choosing, and acting from what you value
- Inner trust that doesn't depend on an approving audience
Secure doesn't mean comfortable, or avoiding all friction — it's a steadiness that makes choice possible.
8 sessions · 4 stages · From the Tree of Knowledge to the Tree of Life
Each session runs about 2 hours: a short model, a core experiential exercise, sharing (always optional), and a brief practice task to carry you to the next session. Every session ends with something personal you take with you.

Questions and answers
Is this therapy?
No. This is an educational, personal-growth workshop — not a diagnosis and not a substitute for mental-health or medical treatment. If you're in acute distress, the right place is a qualified professional; in an emergency in Israel, call ERAN emotional first aid at 1201 or Magen David Adom at 101. Full disclaimers
8 sessions is a lot. Why not a one-evening workshop?
Change is built through repeated practice — not a one-time lecture. That's why there's a fixed structure, short practice between sessions, and 30 days of support afterward.
I've already read plenty of books. What's different here?
Here you get a group, real-time practice, and feedback questionnaires — not just more content. The focus is on how decisions get made under pressure: reacting from threat versus choosing.
How do I know it works?
There's no promise of a specific outcome — results are personal and vary from person to person. What you get is a structure, tools, and practice, with feedback questionnaires as a personal mirror. The workshop is grounded in a theoretical framework Avraham Nechemia developed in his research on trust, conflict, and consciousness.
Will I have to share personal things?
There's no pressure to share — you can always choose not to. The group is small (up to 12 participants) to allow for depth and a safe space, with a confidentiality agreement at the first session.
What if the group doesn't open?
A group opens with at least 6 participants. If we don't reach 6, we'll let you know in advance and you choose: a full refund of everything you paid, or a move to another cohort. If you don't choose, you'll get a full refund.
What's the cancellation policy?
The cancellation fee won't be more than 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower, when you cancel under a statutory right and whenever you cancel 14 or more days before the start. If you cancel later, the choice is yours: transfer your spot, move to another cohort, or get a refund. Details are in the Cancellation Policy; to cancel, use the cancellation form.
Can I join on Zoom?
Sessions are in person by default, for the sake of the group experience. An online cohort will run only if it's explicitly announced.
How can I pay? Can I pay in installments?
Payment is made securely on the payment processor's external checkout page (your card details never pass through this site).
