Terms of Use
English translation for convenience; the Hebrew version governs. Read the Hebrew version
1. Introduction and scope
These Terms apply to any use of the Journey to Inner Truth website (the “Site”), to registration for the workshop, and to participation in it. Registration for the workshop is conditional on accepting these Terms. If you don't agree to them, please don't register. These Terms do not limit any rights you have as a consumer under the law, including under Israel's Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981. If these Terms conflict with a provision of law that cannot be waived by agreement, the provision of law prevails.
The Hebrew original uses masculine or feminine grammatical forms for convenience only; it applies to all genders.
2. Definitions
In these Terms, the following terms have the following meanings:
- “Operator” — Company No. 513494302, address 3 Inbar St., Caesarea, Israel.
- “Facilitator” — Avraham Nechemia, who created and leads the workshop, and any co-facilitator introduced to participants in advance.
- “Workshop” — the Journey to Inner Truth group workshop in learning and personal growth, consisting of 8 in-person sessions of about 120 minutes each, including any related components according to the track chosen.
- “Track” — one of the participation packages listed in Section 7.
- “Participant” — a person who has registered and paid for the workshop, or whose participation was paid for through an organization.
- “Cohort” — the series of sessions for a particular group, on the published dates.
- “Follow-up package” — 30 days of support after the workshop: a WhatsApp group, check-ins on days 10, 20, and 30, and a journal, included in the relevant tracks.
3. Operator details and contact information
For any inquiry about the workshop, registration, cancellation, or privacy, you can contact us at:
- Phone: 052-3813813
- Email: innerveritas@gmail.com
- Mailing address: 3 Inbar St., Caesarea, Israel
- WhatsApp: 052-3813813
The Operator's name and identification number will appear on every order form, transaction confirmation, invoice, and receipt.
4. What the workshop is — and what it isn't
The workshop is a group process of learning and personal growth. It is based on a theoretical framework developed by the Facilitator and includes short talks, experiential exercises, voluntary sharing, practice between sessions, and personal feedback questionnaires.
The workshop is not therapy — not mental-health treatment, not psychological treatment, not psychotherapy, and not medical treatment. It does not include diagnosis, it is not a substitute for treatment or professional advice, and the Facilitator is not a psychologist or a licensed therapist. The workshop questionnaires are tools for feedback and self-awareness only. They are not psychological tests and not clinical measures.
The Operator does not promise any specific outcome. Any change depends on the Participant, their practice, and their circumstances. More details appear in the “Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability” document.
5. Eligibility and fit
The workshop is intended for adults (18 and over). Minors may take part only in the “Belonging to Myself” youth workshop, subject to consent from their parents and from the minor, and to the conditions set out in the dedicated documents.
Before the first session, each Participant will fill out an informed-consent form and a declaration about their mental health. The declaration is meant to check that the workshop is a good fit for them and safe for them — not to diagnose them. If the declaration or the fit call suggests the workshop may not be suitable (for example, in acute emotional distress or where there is a risk), the Operator may offer a clarifying conversation, recommend contacting a professional, or decide not to accept the registration. In that case, any amount paid will be refunded in full.
The Operator will not discriminate against any Participant because of disability, sex, religion, nationality, origin, sexual orientation, or any other prohibited ground. Participants who need an accessibility accommodation are asked to let us know in advance, and the Operator will work to provide a reasonable accommodation.
6. Fit call
The fit call (about 15 minutes) is a no-commitment introductory conversation. There will be no pressure to close a deal during the call, and you're free to consult others, think it over, and get back to us at any time. A consumer who is a person with a disability, a senior citizen (65 or older), or a new immigrant, and whose transaction included a conversation with the Operator, is entitled to an extended cancellation period under Section 14C1 of the Consumer Protection Law, as described in the Cancellation Policy.
7. Tracks and prices
Prices are per participant, in Israeli new shekels (₪).
| Track | Price | What's included |
|---|---|---|
| Core | ₪4,900 | 8 sessions, entry and exit questionnaires, participant materials |
| Recommended Package | ₪5,900 | Everything in Core, a 30-day follow-up package, and an optional bonus session after 90 days |
| Early bird (early registration) | ₪5,200 | Same as the Recommended Package. Limited to the first 5 paid spots, or until 14 days before the cohort starts, whichever comes first |
| Organizational (per participant) | ₪7,200 | Language tailored to the organization and an aggregate report for the organization. Arranged individually, under a separate agreement |
| Closed group for an organization | ₪58,000 | Up to 12 participants, follow-up package included. Arranged individually, under a separate agreement |
When the Early bird spots run out or the deadline passes, the offer will be removed from the Site. The price that binds the Participant is the price shown to them at the time of registration.
8. Registration, payment, and holding your spot
How to register. You register using the online form on the Site. You then pay on a secure payment page of an external payment processor. Your credit card details are entered directly with the payment processor; the Operator does not receive or store them.
Deposit and balance. Your spot in the workshop is held once you pay a deposit of 30% of the track price, or once you pay the full price. The balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the first session. The Operator will send a reminder to pay the balance 14 days before the first session, and another reminder 9 days before it.
Unpaid balance. If the balance isn't paid on time, the Operator will send a notice giving a 48-hour extension. If the balance is still unpaid when the extension ends, the Operator may cancel the registration. Such a cancellation will be treated as a cancellation by the Participant, and the Cancellation Policy will apply to it, including any cancellation right the law gives the Participant.
Invoice or receipt. A lawful invoice or receipt will be issued for every payment.
Organizational terms. Organizational tracks are not purchased on the Site. They are arranged under a separate agreement.
9. Transaction confirmation and disclosure document
After the transaction, and no later than the first session, a written document will be sent to the email address you provided. The document will include: the Operator's name, identification number, and address; a description of the workshop and the track; the price and payment terms; the dates and location of the sessions; how to exercise the right to cancel and the ways to cancel; and any other terms that apply to the transaction. This is in accordance with Section 14C(b) and Section 14I(d) of the Consumer Protection Law.
10. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation of the transaction by the Participant, and cancellation or postponement of a cohort by the Operator, are subject to the Cancellation and Refund Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms. You can cancel a purchase in any of these ways: the “Cancel a Purchase” link on the Site's home page, email, phone, or registered mail, using the details in Section 3. Your cancellation notice must include your full name and Israeli ID number.
Any statement in these Terms, on the Site, or in other materials saying that there is no right to cancel or no refund does not apply where the law gives a right to cancel or to a refund.
11. Changes by the Operator and postponing a cohort
Minimum number of participants. A cohort opens if at least 6 participants have registered. If 6 participants haven't registered by 10 days before the planned start date, the Operator will notify the registrants, and each registrant will choose one of the following: (a) a full refund of all amounts they paid, within 7 business days; or (b) a move to another cohort, with the choice of dates up to them. If a registrant doesn't choose, they will receive a full refund.
Change of date or location. The Operator may change the date of a single session or the workshop location for a reasonable cause, with at least 72 hours' advance notice, provided that the new location is in the same area and equally accessible. If the Operator cancels a session, a make-up session will be held. If the change is significant and doesn't work for a Participant, they may cancel their participation and receive a pro-rated refund for sessions that did not take place.
Force majeure. If the workshop can't take place for reasons beyond the Operator's control (such as a declared state of emergency, instructions from the authorities, or the Facilitator's illness), an alternative date or online sessions will be offered. If the Participant doesn't want the alternative, they will receive a pro-rated refund for whatever could not be provided.
12. Participation guidelines
To keep the space safe for all participants, the following guidelines apply in the workshop:
- Sharing is voluntary. There's no obligation to share. “Pass” is always fine. You can choose a different example, write instead of speaking, or step out for a break.
- Group confidentiality. Participants agree not to disclose outside the group any identifying details about other participants or what they shared. Group confidentiality is subject to legal reporting duties and to situations of real danger to life or safety.
- No recording or photography. Sessions may not be recorded, photographed, or broadcast without the express consent of everyone present and of the Operator.
- Mutual respect. Please be respectful — no unsolicited advice, no mockery, and no verbal or physical violence. Please don't come to sessions under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Ending participation for safety reasons. If a Participant endangers themselves or others, or seriously violates the participation guidelines after being warned, the Operator may end their participation. In that case, the pro-rated portion of the payment for the remaining sessions will be refunded, unless the law provides otherwise.
13. Health, safety, and emergencies
The Participant is responsible for providing accurate information on the declaration form and for updating the Facilitator about any significant change in their condition. The Facilitator follows an emotional-overwhelm and emergency procedure. Among other things, the procedure provides for stopping the exercise, talking in an open space, contacting the emergency contact the Participant provided, and referring to emergency services (Magen David Adom — 101, Police — 100, and emotional-support hotlines) when needed.
The workshop is not an emergency line. The communication channels between sessions (WhatsApp and the client area) are not intended for situations of acute distress. In such a situation, contact emergency services right away.
14. Privacy
The Operator collects and processes personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms. Sensitive information, including questionnaire answers and the health declaration, will be collected only with your express, separate consent. Under no circumstances will identifying personal information about a Participant be passed to an employer or organization without the Participant's express written consent.
15. Marketing messages
The Operator will send advertising messages (by email, text message, or WhatsApp) only to people who have checked a box expressly agreeing to receive them. This consent is not a condition for registering. You can withdraw it at any time: using the unsubscribe link in any message, by replying “remove,” or by contacting us. Service messages about the workshop you registered for (dates, reminders, materials, and receipts) are not advertising, and they will be sent even without consent to marketing messages.
16. The client area and account security
You access the client area using your email address and a personal access code sent to you. The code is personal. Don't share it with anyone else, and let the Operator know right away if you suspect unauthorized use. The Operator takes reasonable security measures, but no online system is completely immune to intrusion.
17. Intellectual property
All rights in the workshop and its materials belong to the Operator or to whoever has licensed them to the Operator, including: the methodology, presentations, cards, worksheets, questionnaires, videos, texts, the name “Journey to Inner Truth” (in Hebrew, «מסע אל האמת הפנימית»), and the logo. The Participant receives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials they received for their own personal learning and practice only. You may not copy, distribute, sell, run workshops based on the materials, publish them, or create derivative works from them, except with the Operator's prior written approval. This does not limit any use permitted under Israel's Copyright Law, 5768-2007.
The personal work a Participant creates during the workshop (for example, their values compass, goals, and practice journal) belongs to them.
18. Use of the Site
The Site may be used for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to break into the Site's systems, collect information from it by automated means, disrupt its operation, or impersonate someone else. The general content on the Site is for general information only. It is not personal, professional, medical, or legal advice.
19. Liability and its limits
The Operator will deliver the workshop with the skill and care expected of a reasonable facilitator in the field. The Operator's liability is subject to the following provisions, which apply only to the extent the law allows:
- Nothing in these Terms releases the Operator from liability for bodily injury, for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or from liability that cannot be excluded by law.
- The Operator is not responsible for the consequences of decisions the Participant makes in their life following the workshop, provided that the Operator acted with reasonable care and did not make any misleading representation.
- For financial damage that is not bodily injury, and for indirect or consequential damage, the Operator's liability is limited to the amount the Participant actually paid for the workshop, unless the damage was caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
- This limitation does not limit the Participant's rights under the Consumer Protection Law or any remedy the law gives them that cannot be waived by agreement.
20. Organizational tracks
In an organizational track, the commercial terms (price, cancellation, dates, insurance, and liability) are set in the agreement between the Operator and the organization. The provisions of these Terms about confidentiality, privacy, safety, and participation guidelines also apply to participants in an organizational track. The organization will not receive identifying personal information about any participant, including questionnaire answers, without that participant's express written consent. Such consent must be given freely, and refusing it must not affect the participant's standing at work.
21. Minors
Minors will not be accepted into the adult workshop. The “Belonging to Myself” youth workshop is subject to a parent or guardian consent form, the minor's own consent, and the safety and child-protection procedures of the Operator and of the host organization.
22. Changes to these Terms
The Operator may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on the Site with the date of the update. A change to the Terms will not apply to a transaction already made, unless it benefits the Participant or the Participant has agreed to it.
23. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any transaction under them are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute will be heard by the court with jurisdiction under the law, including the small claims court. Nothing in these Terms takes away the Participant's right to go to the competent court where they live, to the extent the law gives them that right.
24. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will stay in effect. The Operator's failure to exercise a right is not a waiver of it. The Hebrew version of these Terms is the binding version. The Operator's computer records will serve as prima facie evidence of actions taken on the Site, and the Participant may prove otherwise.
25. Consent at registration
When registering, the Participant will be asked to check separate boxes:
- “I accept the Terms of Use and the Cancellation Policy” (required).
- “I understand that the information I provide will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy” (required).
- “I'd like to receive updates and marketing content by email, text message, or WhatsApp” (optional; the box is not pre-checked).
Consent to the processing of sensitive information (questionnaires and the health declaration) will be given separately, in the informed-consent form, before the first session.
